All items are shipped within 48 hours of your purchase.

We send Australia Post for all orders at a flat rate of $8. Shipping may take 5 - 10 days depending on your location. Free shipping for all orders over $150.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Not happy with what you have received? We are happy to exchange your product for you or issue you with a store credit valid for 12 months.

Please email offthetop18@outlook.com within 7 days of receiving your purchase to organise an exchange or credit note.

Please note that the cost of returning items is the customer's responsibility.

REFUNDS

Refunds are only given where an item is deemed to be faulty. Please email offthetop18@outlook.com with photos showing the fault within 7 days of receiving your item.
